Frequently Asked Questions

❓ 1. I suffer from vertigo and I’m worried I might get sick. What happens during therapy?

👩‍⚕️ Our Approach:
We use vestibular infrared goggles to monitor your eye movements while guiding you through gentle head and body positions. These help us pinpoint the cause of your vertigo.

💡 What to Expect:
You might feel dizzy or nauseous during the session, which is completely normal. These sensations help us diagnose and treat your condition effectively.

✅ Good News:
With our expert-guided maneuvers, most patients experience relief in just a few sessions. You’re in safe, skilled hands.

🚗 2. Do I need a caregiver, or can I drive myself after therapy?

We recommend bringing someone to drive you home, especially after a vertigo maneuver, as you may feel temporarily dizzy.
🛋️ Prefer to wait? We have a comfortable waiting area where you’re welcome to rest until you feel ready to drive safely.

⏱️ 3. How long is each therapy session?

Sessions are usually 1 hour long. Most patients come twice per week for 12 weeks, but we tailor your plan based on your individual progress and goals.
